She brings deep expertise in product development, customer relationship management, and market analysis, supported by a strong working knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP compliance gained through roles at Beckman Coulter, Pfizer, and bluebird bio. She excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective product strategies and sales enablement tools aligned with market trends and customer needs. Her experience includes managing complex biotechnology product portfolios, defining market and product requirements, and leading sales support initiatives across genomics and drug discovery applications.

Tira Colakovic is an experienced driven IT specialist with a dual degree in English and Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, she brings over six years of experience across IT support, web development, networking, and AI integration, along with hands-on IT project management experience, including hospital-based initiatives. Her professional background includes engagements with Vinfen, Radius IT Solutions, and IT consulting roles. She is an experienced Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt–certified professional, focused on process improvement and the integration of lean management practices. She also holds Security+ and CompTIA certifications.
